Overlay real example

• Clean, modern NUI overlay that shows who’s talking on:

  • Normal radio, Emergency radio, and Whisper (priority: Whisper > Emergency > Radio)

• Single entry per player (keyed by serverId) — no duplicate or “stuck” overlays when users toggle quickly

• Robust race-condition handling: scheduled removals are cancelable so overlays never get stuck

• Automatic name resolution with server-side fallback (works when events don’t include names)

• Native PMA-Voice support out of the box — plugs in immediately

• Native compatibility with Cosmos Emergency Radio (works when Cosmos is installed on the server)

• Fully customizable UI:

  • Change labels, prefixes (example: SWAT-1 / TAC01), styles, timeouts, and priorities.

  • Themeable and easy to restyle to match your server’s branding.

• Lightweight and performance-minded: minimal tick usage and batched NUI updates
